                            221 Middleton Street is a 21,000 square foot building located in Broadway Triangle, Brooklyn consisting of 23 apartments and inclusionary housing. This project was stopped for three years, after three months of working with the departments JCCM opened the job and began remedial work. Serving as the development manager and self-performing general contractor JCCM will be constructing this building in-house. The expected completion date is March 2021.

                            The famous Chelsea Hotel has been a monumental presence on 23rd street since the 1880’s.
                                    This 12-story, 170,000 square foot building takes up much of the block between 7th
                                    avenue and 8th avenue in Manhattan. It is currently a mixed-use building with many
                                    apartments, condos, hotel rooms, and restaurants. JCCM has had the pleasure consulting
                                    in many ways - including but not limited to code consulting, stop work order and

                                465 Grand St is located in Williamsburg—one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in the
                                city. The six-story, 75,000 square foot, and mixed-use building is home to 52 high-end,
                                fully-equipped residential units and two commercial tenants. The building has a fitness
                                center, laundry on every floor, and beautiful roof terraces. It also showcases some
                                state-of-the-art technology, including a virtual doorman and video intercoms. This
                                development was recognized by Mayor Bloomberg for the extensive environmental
                                remediation. JCCM took over this project when it was at approximately 80% completion and
                                quickly brought it to 100% while obtaining a TCO within three months of being hired.
                                After completing the base building JCCM did the tenant fit out for the restaurant and
                                martial arts studio on the ground floor. This development was very complex as it was
                                built on top of an underground river which required much attention to detail below

                                Dunkin Donuts, and Denny’s. Taking this project over while in structural phase JCCM had
                                to implement corrective measures for the steel and masonry structural components. JCCM
                                served as the construction manager in order to complete the project including all tenant
