221 Middleton Street is a 21,000 square foot building located in Broadway Triangle, Brooklyn consisting of 23 apartments and inclusionary housing. This project was stopped for three years, after three months of working with the departments JCCM opened the job and began remedial work. Serving as the development manager and self-performing general contractor JCCM will be constructing this building in-house. The expected completion date is March 2021.

The famous Chelsea Hotel has been a monumental presence on 23rd street since the 1880’s. This 12-story, 170,000 square foot building takes up much of the block between 7th avenue and 8th avenue in Manhattan. It is currently a mixed-use building with many apartments, condos, hotel rooms, and restaurants. JCCM has had the pleasure consulting in many ways - including but not limited to code consulting, stop work order and violations removal and filing representative.

2415 Arthur Avenue is located in Bronx. A six-story mixed use 54,000 square foot building consisting of retail and student residential rentals.

465 Grand St is located in Williamsburg—one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in the city. The six-story, 75,000 square foot, and mixed-use building is home to 52 high-end, fully-equipped residential units and two commercial tenants. The building has a fitness center, laundry on every floor, and beautiful roof terraces. It also showcases some state-of-the-art technology, including a virtual doorman and video intercoms. This development was recognized by Mayor Bloomberg for the extensive environmental remediation. JCCM took over this project when it was at approximately 80% completion and quickly brought it to 100% while obtaining a TCO within three months of being hired. After completing the base building JCCM did the tenant fit out for the restaurant and martial arts studio on the ground floor. This development was very complex as it was built on top of an underground river which required much attention to detail below grade.

2244 Church Avenue is a mixed-use development located in Brooklyn. This 72,000 square foot project is a prime retail and office location and is currently leased to IHOP, Dollar Tree, Brooklyn Hospital, CAMBA, and Retro Fitness. While building the base building all tenant fit outs were done by JCCM as the development and construction manager.

215-15 Northern Boulevard is a luxury office-retail building that is 100% occupied with leases from national and local tenants. This location is a prime corner property and was constructed with high-end finishes inside and out. Some tenants include Tiger Schulmann, The Learning Experience, and Pizza Hut.

87-10 Northern Boulevard is a 60,000 square foot, 3 story, ground-up development located in Jackson Heights, Queens. It consists of retail space on the first floor and commercial facilities on the second and third floors. It also contains a 20,000 square foot, 92-car parking garage. Current tenants include Chipotle, Children of America, Dunkin Donuts, and Denny’s. Taking this project over while in structural phase JCCM had to implement corrective measures for the steel and masonry structural components. JCCM served as the construction manager in order to complete the project including all tenant fit outs and obtaining certificate of occupancy.

350 St. Nicholas Avenue is a 210,000 square foot mixed-use building located in Ridgewood, Queens. This building consists of 129 total units that are used for retail, commercial/office, and residential rentals. JCCM

47-16 Greenpoint Avenue is a four-story, 24,000 square foot building consisting of retail and commercial tenants. JCCM served as the development manager coordinating the demolition of three existing structures, neighbor access agreements, plans approval and environmental requirements.

251-73 Jericho Turnpike is an 83,000 square foot building containing a medical office along with retail tenants. The beautiful corner separating queens and long island, JCCM had the pleasure of being the development and construction manager for the structural phase of this project. Coordinating plans, neighbor agreements, shoring, excavating and pouring of a massive 40 feet deep cellar for parking.

108-18 Roosevelt Avenue is a 21,000 square foot commercial building consisting of Blink Fitness, retail and office tenants.

932 Southern Boulevard is a 25,000 square foot building in the Longwood neighborhood of the Bronx. It consists of a Blink Fitness and a restaurant renovation. This major alteration 1 modernized Southern Boulevard by replacing the existing brick facade with a full glass front. JCCM was the development and construction manager coordinating plan approval and the structural phase.

41-19 Bell Boulevard is a 5,000 square foot commercial building consisting of an Urgent Care and Restaurant renovation.

1691 E NY Avenue is a 30,000 square foot hotel consisting of 88 rooms. The first Glo to be built in New York.
